Welcome! This is the application form for the Arts & Culture Project Grant Program administered by Arts Mid-Hudson.

These awards are made possible with funds from the New York State Legislature and administered by Arts Mid-Hudson.

Before submitting an application, you must read the Guidelines. Please review these carefully to determine your eligibility for funding. 

AMH staff are happy to review key details of your project to check for eligibility and make recommendations. For technical assistance in using Submittable or uploading forms, please contact Submittable directly through the link at the bottom of the form or through the pop-up window that appears. 

Word limits are limits, not requirements. Many questions can be answered in fewer words than the limit.
