Welcome! This is the application form for the Arts Learning Grant for Dutchess, Orange, and Ulster Counties. These awards are made possible with funds from the Statewide Community Regrants Program, a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature and administered by Arts Mid-Hudson.
In order to submit an application, you must first read the Guidelines. Please review these carefully, to determine your eligibility for funding.

Word limits are limits, not requirements. Many questions can be answered in fewer words than the limit.
