Please use this form to submit Final Reports for the 2025 Ulster County Cultural Services and Promotion Fund. All Final Reports are due on September 15, 2026. 

The information provided on this form helps us advocate for increased and continued funding from the Ulster County Legislature. Please be as detailed as possible, especially in describing how this funding has positively impacted your organization and Ulster County.  

Failure to submit a final report may jeopardize future grant requests.

Only one application can be submitted at any given time. Once you submit one entry, you will be able to create a new entry for the other. Thank you for your cooperation.

Quarterly reports are due for each quarter by September 30, 2026 (Q1, Q2 and Q3), and January 5, 2027 (Q4).  If no programs occurred during that quarter, you must submit a quarterly report indicating no programs occurred.
